The first ice cream shop of Luca Polare was opened in 2008 in Tbilisi. Today, 16 different branches are represented in 3 different cities of Georgia. Production counts up to 60 different types of natural ice cream. Also, you can enjoy exclusive coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mix-drinks, frappes, cakes, salads and sandwiches.

Luca Polare is the market leader today in this business, for 11 years they have established this position slowly and with the right decisions. Our companies have been partners since 2013. Our work together includes industry research, marketing research, customer surveys, measuring awareness and other relevant parameters. Market research has identified geographical locations for new branches, developed a business development plan and relevant action recommendations.

Luca Polare's organization also includes Polare Production, whose movies include: "In Bloom" and "My Happy Family". These projects included planning a premiere marketing campaign for new movies. The task of the plan was to attract a certain number of viewers to the film sessions. The goal set of the movie "In Bloom", was achieved 180%. This project also brought us the first international recognition.
